We offer personal training in St Andrew Beach. This is training where we come to you, whether at your home, local gym or local park.

Our sessions are tailored to the groups collective fitness goals and each session is tailored to the groups fitness interests and the style of training they need. More importantly it is about having fun and kicking the group’s fitness goals.

We offer individual personal training sessions in St Andrew Beach and other Mornington peninsula locations where the whole session is customed to the needs of the individual.
