Our personal training sessions can support NDIS clients in the Mornington peninsula area and we have many years of experience with supporting NDIS clients to help achieve mental and physical health.
Our sessions incorporate physical training (exercise), mobility exercises, food and lifestyle tips and life coaching sessions. Sessions are worked around the goals of the client, health, plan, physical and mental goals.
