My Transformation
As April is my Birthday month, I wanted to share my body transformation over the past few years.
If you have read the story on my About Page, you would know that my body transformation began in 2012.
At the time, I was feeling quite depressed with my life and the world. Unfortunately, I had hit rock bottom, felt worthless and had isolated myself from all my friends and family.
Once I had started exercising and walking intensely every day, I realised that fitness was the perfect way to unplug from the world and wind down after a tough day. Fitness became an emotional outlet for me to voice my frustrations and work on my health at the same time. It felt good to look forward to something and to achieve and accomplish all of the different goals I had set for myself at the time. Since then, I have never looked back.

I’ll admit, I was pretty embarrassed to share with you what I once was but I guess I wanted to show you all that I didn’t always look the way that I do now. Everyone can make a positive step in the right direction as long as you look within yourself and find the motivation. That’s what I did. With a lot of love and dedication, I’ve been able to accomplish a better body and a happier mind – and this has made all of the difference for my life!
