During the free phone consultation, we will call or video chat with you and ask you questions about your medical history, level of fitness, current food habits. If you are happy for us to meet you; we will organise a suitable day and time to complete a fitness trial with you.
Once you have completed the free phone consultation we will meet with you to:
a) complete a fitness assessment and
b) complete a 30 minute PT session to see how your body moves and to see if mobile personal training is for you.

Here we will perform:
The session is usually 30 minutes. The purpose is to see how your body moves, your strength, weaknesses and limitations. It also helps us understand how we can personalise each workout program to suit your needs.
What is online personal training?
It’s a personal training service where we train you online. All sessions and food guidance are tailored to our clients regardless of what online personal training option you choose.
The consultation, fitness assessment and workout is conducted online via zoom.
