Blueberry smoothie recipe
A delicious and nutritious smoothie. Great as a pre-workout or snack.
I played with different kinds of dairy-free milk and found the soy milk gave a creamer and smoother taste where I was able to add one cup of unsweetened soy milk to one cup of water. Other dairy-free kinds of milk are fine. I found that you needed to add two cups of other dairy-free milk and no water to get a creamy consistency like the soy milk.
Overall, this recipe is so creamy and smooth, you will be craving for seconds.
