12-week fitness challenge 2020 part #2!
Registration night: 28th of January 2020
The success of the fitness challenge depended on the numbers at the registration night. We did our best to advertise and promote on social media and good old fashion letterbox dropping.
There was a lot of laughing, talking & smiles. I knew this was going to be an interesting 12-week challenge. We gave each participant a questionnaire to fill in. We wanted to know the usual stuff, age, interests, medical history, existing injuries, goals, food habits and food journey. This helped us create safe and effective fitness programs personalised to each participate.
We then did their body measurements, weight, height and blood pressure. This helped us determine their body shape & body fat percentage and offering the correct exercise programs based on results.

We tested different parts of their body to determine any weaknesses. This helped us offer participants the correct stretch program to strengthen those areas.
We wanted to take photos of participants to create before and after pictures so they could see their progress and journey along the way.
For added information we consulted many of the participants via phone after the registration night.
12 people registered for the challenge. Not bad for our first 12-week challenge. We love the diversity of the group.
We wanted the 12-week challenge to be about becoming the better version of yourself not just weight loss.
