Food preparation part #1
The challenge this week was to help the 12-week participants with food preparation.
The meal prep class is a service we usually offer our mobile personal training clients. Seeing the importance of food preparation in a healthy lifestyle; we wanted to offer this service in the 12-week challenge.
Food demonstrations part #1 (vegan & vegetarian)
Our chef Paul gave a food demo of lentil pie, vegan soup, vegan gravy, vegan mayo and I prepped and crumbled the fish.
Healthy meals on a budget
We wanted to show participants that they could prepare healthy and tasty meals in the week for under $100 dollars.
The aim for the lesson was to help clients with food preparation. We believe food prep is an important part of lifestyle change. Do you think this food prep service is a good idea for a 12-week challenge? Would like to participate in the next 12-week challenge in May 2020?
